Why the Pro Drummer Method?

Let's be honest:

Everyone knows (or, tragically, IS) a drummer who accepts less than they're worth.

There are endless numbers of skilled drummers who take gigs below their pay grade.

Maybe your networks are too small to keep you busy.

Maybe you play locally, but can't move up to bigger opportunities.

You can sound great on social media, but just can't get called back, can't land an audition, or you get rejected from your dream school.

If your drumming skills were a toolbelt, you'd have nothing but hammers.

How many jobs require a hammer?

Enough to scrape by, but it'd be a whole lot better if you at least had a screwdriver, don't you think?

And what if you weren't limited to just a hammer and a screwdriver?

What if, every time a new project showed up, you had EXACTLY the right tools, and you knew how to use them so well that there'd be NO CHOICE but to hire you over and over again?

This is why I created Pro Drummer Method.

Because I was just like you.

I've kinda done it all.

I know what it's like to be young and broke, even homeless, chasing a dream with little more than a pair of drumsticks to my name.

I also know what it's like to be so overbooked that music isn't even fun anymore!

Truth be told, I prefer having nobody depending on me. I like to do things on my own schedule.

I've toured and traveled the world, played for some famous artists, survived and thrived in a few of the most expensive cities on the planet (all through music), and I've done plenty of free and underpaid gigs along the way.

I've learned quite a few things over the years, and I'll share the three most valuable:

1. Not every "great" opportunity is actually worth taking...

2. GETTING gigs is WAY EASIER than anybody tells you. KEEPING gigs is what's actually hard, and where most people fail...

3. NO OPPORTUNITY is worth giving up your freedom.

I never settle for gigs or opportunities that do not make my life or my family and friends' lives better, and neither should you, no matter what they pay.

I will be very direct here:

I also never accept clients who don't value my time or experience enough to be willing to disregard everything they've ever heard when it comes to building a musical career.

Pro Drummer Method is not founded on some theory.

It is not a run-of-the-mill music teacher down the street teaching basic concepts, or some astrology program where "all the stars have to align" for you to make a living playing music.

Pro Drummer Method is a systematic approach I've created over more than a decade of professional experience touring and traveling the world, building profitable bands, learning from and working with elite level professionals in a wide variety of fields along the way. I've learned from the best, been through the good, the bad, and the ugly, and now I can shave years off of your learning curve so you can get there too.

These programs put you in a pressure cooker environment. I personally guide you through every step of the process to ensure that you accomplish all of your personal and professional goals on this instrument.

We do not accept excuses or subpar performance in this program. You will be subjected to rigorous, uncomfortable challenges on a schedule and scale that the vast majority of people would consider extreme, and you will prosper as a result.

That said, I will never berate you or make you feel bad about yourself. I will not be throwing chairs or cymbals at your head like in Whiplash (not like it's possible in an online session anyway).

But if you cannot handle constructive criticism, this is not for you.

If we determine that you have a specific blind spot, or are underperforming in a certain area, I will not hesitate to let you know.

This level of accountability will make you stronger than you can even imagine.

Nobody ever said music was easy. I cannot promise that this program will make it easy.

What I can promise, however, is that this program will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make for your musical career.

Who is this for?

If you're:

Playing countless shows, but still not breaking through...

Watching other drummers get called for big gigs, and you're stuck at home...

Building up your band, but not making much profit...

Feeling like your skills just aren't cutting it anymore...

Taking lessons, but getting underestimated...

Drowning in endless advice but not seeing real results...

Is this you?

Then the Pro Drummer Method is exactly what you need. We cut through all the noise. I personally guide you through exactly what it takes to thrive as a professional drummer--and do it a whole lot better and faster than I did.

What have previous clients achieved?

Dan is an incredibly talented young drummer. He came to me two weeks before his audition to Berklee School of Music.

The crazy thing is, Dan didn't know how to read sheet music at all. If he had come to me just a few weeks earlier, we could've had him sight-reading through the audition like a pro. We still made exceptional progress in that short time, but he couldn't build enough confidence to be undeniable in that skillset.

Dan sent me a voice message one day, disappointed that he didn't get accepted into Berklee. I told him to keep his head up, that he can easily re-apply with all the new knowledge and skills we helped him develop in that time.

Literally the next day, Dan sent me another voice message:

He had just confirmed a tour to sold-out crowds across the US and Canada with one of his favorite artists, and he couldn't stop thanking me for all my help.

Dan now has a more thriving social media presence, tons of new powerful connections, and most importantly, an unbreakable attitude for success.

I helped Moises negotiate better pay for his long-term touring gig, build up his savings and investments, and now his career is practically on autopilot. I helped Skylar land and keep his international touring gig with a Billboard-charting artist. I've helped multiple individuals (drummers, saxophonists, singers, and even trombonists) support themselves through college. I've helped local drummers fill their schedules and support their wives and children off music alone. I've helped grow churches to full capacity through music and marketing strategy, and now my current passion project is growing international artists.

I cannot guarantee that you will see any such results; these individuals are highly dedicated far beyond any average. You must be willing to invest challenging amounts of hours and handle constructive criticism exceptionally well in order to grow through this process. We will agree on our expectations, and you will be held accountable to them.

But, when you work diligently and truthfully throughout this process, I can guarantee that it will be the one of the best decisions you'll ever make for your music career.

Book a call. Those 15 minutes could change your life forever.
